- Included in the price for the Speaking Adventures are
a) Excursions including a guide and transportation
b) Assistance in booking transportation to Bad Bocklet and accommodation throughout the course
c) Pick-up from the train station in Bad Kissingen or Münnerstadt
- Not included in the price for the Speaking Adventures are for instance
a) Transportation to and from Bad Bocklet
b) Accommodation
c) Meals
d) Activities organised by the participants
- Payment
a) Full payment must be made prior to start of the Speaking Adventure in order to finalise registration. Participants who have not made a full payment are not guaranteed a spot in the Speaking Adventure.
b) Invoices are issued to students upon request. Payment for a course may be made prior to receipt of the invoice. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are gross (i.e. no additional taxes are added to the stated amount).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
a) Cancellations by the participant must be made in written form. Participants who request a refund in writing at least 14 days prior to the starting date of the booked course will receive a full refund for this course. No refund will be given after this period.
b) Excursions or units missed due to participant illness, accidents, late arrival, early departure, or any other reason will not be refunded
c) Under Apple Trees reserves the right to change the day/time of excursions or reduce the number of excursions, for example if there are only four or fewer participants enrolled in a program.
d) If Under Apple Trees must reschedule, postpone or cancel a Speaking Adventure, Under Apple Trees will move registered participants to a different course or offer participants a refund of the remaining units.
5. General Conditions
a) One class unit = 60 minutes (including a short break).
b) A change of the Speaking Adventure schedule, days or time is only possible as a special exception and with agreement by Under Apple Trees, the language trainer and tour guide as well as in accordance with the other students taking the course.
c) Under Apple Trees reserves the right to change the trainer or guide.
d) Students must be at least 18 years of age to attend the Speaking Adventures.
e) Under no circumstances will Under Apple Trees share or exchange contact information of other participants.
f) Provided that the language level is comparable to other participants in a Speaking Adventure, a participant may give their place in a Speaking Adventure to another person at any time.
g) Under Apple Trees does not assume responsibility in case of any damage or injury.
h) Participants may request a letter of attendance from Under Apple Trees if the participant has attended at least 75% of the program.
6. Participant Responsibilities
a) Punctual and regular attendance, self-study and regular and active class participation are important conditions for effective language learning and reaching the stated goals.

- Liability
a) ‘Force Majeur’: the liability of Under Apple Trees and its staff is limited to intent and gross negligence. Under Apple Trees accepts no liability for cancellation of its services due to force majeur (i.e. natural disasters, fire, flooding and all other circumstances beyond the control of the contractual parties.)
b) Participants are responsible for any and all damages they cause and must directly compensate the owner of the property involved.
c) Under Apple Trees bears no responsibility for participants’ belongings.
- Contract Validity
a) ‘Severability Clause’: If an individual term of this contract becomes invalid, the terms of the other conditions are not affected.
b) These terms and conditions apply to future contracts with Under Apple Trees. Any changes to this agreement must be made in written form.
c) This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
